Hello, I have a Nexbox A95X-S905X 2G-8G with kodi 16.1. I tried to install kodi 17, but installation screen would say "Installing..." then after a while it said "App Not Install". I tried both kodi-17.0-Krypton_rc3-armeabi-v7a.apk and kodi-17.0-Krypton_rc3-arm64-v8a.apk.
My Nexbox build is Nexbox-A95x-RTL8723BS-6.01.1-201611291739.

Any help would be appreciated.
Try uninstalling the current kodi installation.

If you like you can backup kodi settings/addons/etc if you:

Code:
You can use ROOT BROWSER and navigate to
Android/data/org.xbmc.kodi/files/

There you will find the folder named " .kodi "
In " .kodi " folder copy the folder userdata or the whole " .kodi " folder and save it to the USB drive.
Then if there is trouble in your kodi setup if you wish you can replace the " .kodi " or userdata folder with the one you had saved before.

The same applies to SPMC. If for some reason you want to install SPMC then you can replace the " .kodi " folder of the SPMC data files.

If you want to restore to a new version of kodi then restore only addons,

Thanks, it worked. Also thanks for the addons backup and restore procedures.

But I don't why it worked ononly for the 32bit kodi 17, not the 64bit. Is there a performance different between the two?
The 64bit version is for 64bit android. Not so common these days.
There should be no difference in performance anyway, especially with 1 or 2GB RAM on android devices. On the other hand I have no personal experience on 64bit android as I have none such device. Even my top performing tablets run 32 bit.
